October 6:  Family Engagement Drop In 6:00 p.m.

October 8: Walkthon Kickoff

October 11-15:  Fall Break, No School

October 11-14:  Kids Connection open at City Park

October 12:  Family Engagement Fall Break and Community Resources Celebration 7:00-8:30 a.m./ 4:00-5:30 p.m. at City Park

October 21:  Walkthon

October 22:  Grade Card Day, Honors Assembly

October 25: Be A Hero ( Wear Camo and hat)

October 26: Wacky Tacky Tuesday (wear mismatched socks/clothes, bright colors, or anything else wacky or tacky

October 27: School Spirit Day (wear school colors or shirts)

October 28: Jersey/Sports Day (wear your favorite team’s jersey or shirt); Kona Ice Day

October 29: Character Day (dress as your favorite character from any movie, tv show, or book)

 

 

November 9: Fall Picture Make-up Day;

                     Systemwide Family Engagement Holiday Cost Savings and Gift Ideas on a Budget at IS 4:30-6:00 p.m.
November 10:  Walk-a-thon Pledge Money Due

November 12:  Walk-a-thon Prize Day

November 15- 19:  American Education Week 

November 17:  Family Engagement Meeting 12:00 p.m.
November 23:  Kona Ice Day

November 24-26:  Thanksgiving Holidays, No School, KC- Closed
